Mr. Marker counsels current and former employees and executives in all aspects of their employment-related litigation and disputes. Mr. Marker is especially active in the areas of case intake and selection, fact investigation, written discovery, motions practice and client relations. Frequently, he is the first attorney whom clients speak to or meet.
Mr. Marker also has extensive recent volunteer experience, including tutoring law students, speaking about employment law to high school students attending the National Youth Leadership Forum, and moderating national issues forums for the Congressional Youth Leadership Conference. In the past, Mr. Marker has served as a community organizer for various community and student associations.
Raised in the Chicago area, Mr. Marker attended law school at the University of Baltimore (JD-2003) and St. John’s College (1997), where he studied Western Philosophy.
