Sandra R. Braschi is an Associate Attorney at Goldsmith Law Firm, LLC, representing private and public sector employees before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Merit Systems Protection Board, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, and state and federal courts. Ms. Braschi focuses her litigation practice on claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, and wage theft before judicial and administrative bodies. Ms. Braschi is a native Spanish speaker and has a strong interest in representing immigrants in a range of employment disputes. Before joining The Goldsmith Law Firm in January 2018, Ms. Braschi practiced at another firm where she represented federal employees, government agencies, and private sector employees before administrative bodies, federal courts, and state courts.
Ms. Braschi graduated from American University Washington College of Law in 2016. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Raymond J. Dearie in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and also for the Honorable Gerald Bruce Lee in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Ms. Braschi also practiced as a Rule 16 Prosecutor in the Anne Arundel County State’s Attorney’s Office, and competed in the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Moot Court Competition in Las Vegas, Nevada, and the Competencia Internacional de Arbitraje (International Arbitration Competition) in Santiago, Chile. Ms. Braschi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and English from St. Thomas University, where she received an athletic scholarship to play soccer.
Ms. Braschi is admitted to practice in the state of Maryland and before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association and the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association.
